Celebrating but wrecked; 150,000 Thanx!

I had a great day - we did the shopping and I felt OK.

Then, after lunch we went out for a coffee - we haven't done this in about six months;

I celebrated reaching 150,000 views which is amazing. I'm grateful for every view, believe me.

I sat in the sun, basking really.

Then I got carried away and blew it - I went to bed for the first time in about 6 or 8 weeks.

It didn't work out at all - I couldn't get to sleep while the painkillers were still working and so I spent the whole night in pain and wide awake.

Worse, I slumped down from the pillows and couldn't get back up again so at 5 am I gave up and got up to go back to my chair.

It hurt a lot but I'm not giving up just yet.
