I saw this in a charity shop we went out for a long coffee after
a visit to the Post Office.
These days everywhere I go I see good advice like this, it's just a shame that no one told me things like that when I was young.
Back then we were just told to work hard and keep quiet, pull yourself together and don't make a fuss.
I know which way is better......now.
