Picketting with the Junior Doctors......again.

So, we found ourselves back on the Junior Doctors picket line at St. Peter's Hospital, Chertsey.

Once again there was a good turnout and lots of support.

The issues are getting clearer - there are now two legal challenges to The Health Secretary's decision - one of which deals with the disproportionate effect of the changes on women and single parents;

It's a real family atmosphere on the picket;

With a birthday celebration and a picketing dog;

We were hooting at passers by until my horn gave out;

It all gets very serious at the end of the month with the doctors withdrawing from Accident and Emergency work for two days. I imagine everybody is hoping that Hunt sees sense or the courts force him to do something before then.

Either way, we're supporting the strike!
