I have to admit I haven't done anything for two days now but I did have a rough week up till then.
And I've been getting out of bed without help for two days now and that's nice.
This afternoon I walked to the village, if walking with a walking frame counts; it took about 40 minutes to get there and back when it would normally take about 10.
I shouldn't be grumbling, especially as the laburnum tree was in flower in the sunshine.
The bumble bees were having fun!
