I can't say that The 2016 European Championships are going very well for us; bad results on the pitch and there's been lots of crowd trouble.

But Tesco's are celebrating;

And I may have to get my 'England shirt' out again;

It's the best ever England Shirt - from the 1970 World Cup.

Definitely the best World Cup ever, best World Cup team ever (Brazil) and probably the best ever England team. Of course, we failed to win it......again!

This is the England shirt from that tournament, although it's only a replica. Of course (if you are puzzled) it's not the home shirt (red) or away (white) it's the third shirt and was only ever worn once when England played Czeckoslovakia.

I like obscure!
